Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead strategic program plans, including success metrics and governance structures
• Oversee the full lifecycle of complex engagements, ensuring value delivery and customer satisfaction
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights to inform internal strategy and product direction

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in Project/Program Management, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Experience with full lifecycle SaaS implementation and deployment on a global scale
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus
• Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS business drivers
• Global mindset and cultural intelligence
