Senior Strategic Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the evolution of fertility reimbursement and pharmacy solutions, the full-time Senior Strategic Program Manager will manage Carrot Rx's operational strategy, develop reimbursement capabilities, and collaborate across multiple departments in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operational strategy and management of Carrot Rx, including pharmacy partnerships and reimbursement strategy
• Develop and support claims-based billing strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Manage relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and health plans to enhance the reimbursement ecosystem

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, payer operations, or related fields
• Experience with health plans, employer-sponsored benefits, or pharmacy benefit programs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex healthcare topics into actionable recommendations
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
