Senior Strategic Response Counsel Member

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel Strategic Response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-intensity, high-priority, sensitive international projects within the company
• Quickly learn and synthesize information from cross-functional stakeholders to frame decisions and communicate updates and recommendations to company leadership
• Assess and define potential risks, and identify recommendations in coordination with cross-functional subject matter experts

Required Qualifications:

• Approximately five or more years as a practicing attorney
• Experience in cross-functional project management in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading internal investigations
• Experience interfacing with government regulators, agencies, or law enforcement
• Active and in good standing in one State Bar in the United States
