Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to develop and manage strategic sourcing plans and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tactical and long-term strategic sourcing plans for assigned commodity groupings
• Research and identify suppliers to optimize Supply Chain network design and support business objectives
• Manage supplier relationships and contractual agreements, ensuring performance and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject; advanced degree or Supply Chain Professional Certification is desirable
• More than 5 years of global Supply Chain knowledge and leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating long-term supplier agreements
• Proven collaborative leadership capability in a multicultural environment
