Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager responsible for leading a Strategic Sourcing function and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies, policies, and procedures while leading a team of sourcing/category managers
• Identify savings opportunities through spend analysis and collaboration with various business units
• Lead analytical reporting to evaluate vendor performance and support decision-making processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in relevant fields
• 10 - 15+ years of experience in supply chain management and vendor management in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines such as OCC and FFIEC
• Experience with the Strategic Sourcing process, including negotiation and risk management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and possess strong analytical skills
