Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Leading a best-in-class Strategic Sourcing function, the full-time Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager will develop strategies, manage a team of sourcing/category managers, and optimize procurement processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Drive thought leadership in sourcing strategies, collaborating with key business partners to align procurement with corporate objectives
• Identify savings opportunities through spend analysis and vendor management, optimizing third-party relationships across the organization
• Lead analytical reporting and benchmarking to inform vendor selection and performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 10 - 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, contract negotiation, and vendor management within a regulated financial environment
• Strong knowledge of OCC, FFIEC, and other regulatory requirements
• Proficient in strategic sourcing processes, including market analysis, supplier selection, and risk management
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
