Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic sourcing initiatives in a complex, regulated environment, the contract-to-hire Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager will independently manage end-to-end sourcing events for professional services and IT categories, collaborating closely with stakeholders and legal teams while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle sourcing events from intake to contract execution
• Partner with stakeholders to shape sourcing strategies and translate evolving needs into clear requirements
• Support and lead commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance with corporate purchasing policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6-8+ years of strategic sourcing experience, preferably in IT and/or professional services
• Demonstrated ability to run end-to-end sourcing processes
• Strong experience with RFx development and supplier negotiations
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and contract redlining
