Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic sourcing initiatives, the contract-to-hire Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager will independently manage end-to-end sourcing events for professional services and IT categories in a remote capacity, collaborating closely with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle sourcing events from intake to contracting, including strategy, RFx development, evaluation, and negotiation
• Partner with business stakeholders to shape sourcing approaches and translate evolving needs into clear requirements
• Coordinate contract development and manage sourcing documentation to ensure completeness and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6-8+ years of strategic sourcing experience, particularly in IT and/or professional services
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end sourcing processes
• Strong experience with RFx development, supplier evaluation, and negotiations
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and contract redlining
