Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Driving supplier selection and managing strategic sourcing initiatives, the full-time Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager will focus on achieving savings on a significant spend portfolio while fostering partnerships across business functions in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive best value supplier selection to achieve year-over-year savings on over $600M spend
• Manage sourcing and contracting processes, including evaluating, negotiating, and renewing supplier relationships
• Identify and implement sourcing industry trends to enhance strategic sourcing excellence

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, particularly in Professional Services and related categories
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
• Deep knowledge of contract development and legal issues related to sourcing
• Proven project management skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Relevant industry designations such as CPP, CPPM, or equivalent; an MBA degree is preferred
