Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

To support a complex, regulated environment, the contract-to-hire Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager will independently manage end-to-end strategic sourcing events for professional services and IT categories, working remotely while collaborating closely with stakeholders and legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle sourcing events including intake, strategy, RFx, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting
• Partner with business stakeholders to shape sourcing approaches and translate evolving needs into clear requirements
• Draft and manage sourcing documentation, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6-8+ years of strategic sourcing experience, preferably in IT and/or professional services
• Proven ability to run end-to-end sourcing processes
• Strong experience with RFx development, supplier evaluation, and negotiations
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and contract redlining
