Job Summary

Driving supplier selection and achieving savings on a significant spend, the full-time Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager will manage sourcing and contracting processes, ensuring strategic alignment with business functions while working in a flexible or remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Drive best value supplier selection to achieve year-over-year savings on over $600M spend
• Manage and engage in sourcing and contracting processes, including evaluating and negotiating contracts with suppliers
• Identify and implement sourcing industry trends to enhance strategic sourcing excellence across the company

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, particularly in Professional Services and related categories
• Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing team and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of contract development, legal issues, and strong project management skills
• Strong financial acumen, including financial analysis and budget formulation
• Relevant industry designations such as CPP, CPPM, or an MBA degree preferred
