Job Summary

Driving strategic sourcing initiatives, the full-time Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager will manage supplier selection processes, negotiate contracts, and ensure sourcing aligns with business goals while working in a flexible or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive best value supplier selection to achieve year-over-year savings on a significant spend portfolio
• Manage sourcing and contracting processes, including evaluating and negotiating supplier contracts
• Strengthen partnerships with business functions to provide consultation and ensure alignment with strategic sourcing efforts

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, particularly in Professional Services and related categories
• Proven ability to build and maintain high-performing teams and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of contract development and legal issues related to sourcing
• Strong project management skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Relevant industry designations such as CPP, CPPM, or an MBA degree preferred
