Senior Strategist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Senior Strategist will conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends, develop strategic foresight and implementation plans, and present findings to clients in an engaging manner.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research to understand client businesses and identify trends, synthesizing findings into actionable reports
• Apply design-thinking methodologies to innovate and enhance research approaches while presenting insights compellingly
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of innovative solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in design, brand, innovation, or business strategy roles
• Recent client-facing experience with strong presentation abilities
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and break down complex challenges
• Demonstrated creative curiosity and strategic mindset in a remote work environment
• Self-starter with effective communication skills
