Job Summary

Leading day-to-day delivery for a portfolio of healthcare and life sciences clients, the full-time Senior Strategist, Advisory will translate strategy into actionable plans, support brand and communications development, and engage with clients to solve complex challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable plans across workstreams
• Serve as day-to-day client lead, managing meetings and translating discussions into strategic recommendations
• Apply structured, consulting-style thinking to connect scientific and commercial inputs into cohesive recommendations

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in healthcare communications, strategy consulting, or healthcare advisory
• Experience developing communications, brand, or commercial strategy for healthcare clients
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional accounts or projects
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills and client presence
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
