Key Responsibilities

• Establish and define the Pilates and Strength category within the brand
• Translate category ambitions into measurable commercial impact and go-to-market strategies
• Oversee the end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for Pilates and Strength launches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5 to 7 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market roles
• Experience launching new products or categories requiring customer education
• Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and ROI considerations
• High ownership mindset with a willingness to drive results in dynamic environments
