Senior Strategist, Service Design

Job Summary

Leading client engagements from discovery to delivery, the full-time Senior Strategist, Service Design will focus on service design, ecosystem thinking, and stakeholder facilitation while working remotely to create effective strategies that connect user needs with operational feasibility.

Key responsibilities

• Own the client relationship and lead strategy development from problem framing to execution
• Drive service design through blueprinting, journey mapping, and stakeholder mapping to connect experiences with operational realities
• Facilitate clarity in ambiguous situations by designing experiments and pilots that integrate people, processes, and technology

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in client-facing consultancy roles
• Proven track record in leading service design or product strategy work, with a strong portfolio
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and a strong understanding of human-centered design principles
• Working knowledge of product leadership, including discovery, roadmapping, and backlog prioritization
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills for diverse audiences
