A company is looking for a Senior Strategy Advancement Professional in Experience Transformation Voice & Conversational.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall Consumer Experience Center Platform (CECP) program
  • Provide business intelligence and planning support for multiple business segments within the portfolio
  • Lead change management and operational readiness activities for CECP-led technology implementations

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of technical implementation experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Experience with SAFe agile
  • Experience running SAFe portfolios and managing epic kanban
