Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategy Analyst to provide strategic and analytical support for growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the Long-Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan, ensuring alignment with Tech and AI Roadmaps
• Support the creation of a multi-year Real Estate strategy and manage lease renewals and communications
• Drive strategic rigor across various functions and build business cases to support critical business decisions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in a strategy consulting role focused on revenue growth or private equity diligence
• Retail experience with a brand- and consumer-first mindset
• Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams
• Analytical rigor and financial modeling expertise; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Heavy user of AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
