Senior Strategy Analyst
Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives within the Design Department, the full-time remote Senior Strategy Analyst will provide analytical leadership, develop reporting and dashboards, and improve processes while collaborating with department leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Independently lead quantitative and qualitative analyses to support departmental strategic priorities
- Document and map current-state business processes while developing future-state workflows and improvement opportunities
- Develop clear, visually compelling presentations and materials for leadership and executive audiences
Required qualifications
- B.A. / B.S. degree in engineering, business, finance, economics, data analytics, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, or business analytics
- Demonstrated experience in conducting quantitative analyses and developing business reporting
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms is strongly preferred
- Experience within the architecture, engineering, and/or construction industry is strongly preferred
