Key Responsibilities

• Own analytical problem-solving within a core Mission (Acquire, Convert, or Retain) and identify high-impact opportunities
• Translate ambiguous business goals into structured problem statements, hypotheses, and test plans
• Conduct deep-dive funnel analysis and partner with various teams to drive implementation and measure impact

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in strategy, analytics, growth, consulting, or operations
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and structure complex problems
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel for data extraction and analysis
• Experience leveraging AI tools for analytical purposes
• Strong business acumen related to funnels, unit economics, and incentives
