Senior Strategy and Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Senior Strategy and Operations Manager, the successful candidate will shape and implement category growth initiatives across the global marketplace, leveraging strategic leadership and operational execution to drive business performance and collaboration across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and size opportunities in categories aligned with long-term business objectives
• Conduct market and competitor research to support new category opportunities and define launch strategies
• Track, analyze, and synthesize business performance metrics, highlighting risks, progress, and opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in retail, operations, business management, and/or consulting
• 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or in a strategy role at a major corporation
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
• Experience working in or with two-sided marketplaces is a plus
