Senior Strategy Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Workforce Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of service to various subsets of customers and professionals
• Assist with planning and execution of data analysis, budgeting, and business forecasting
• Build and maintain Excel models to optimize cost and metrics for customer and pro support

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in an analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including financial modeling experience
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker or SQL is a plus
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms like Salesforce is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
