Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Oversee service delivery to various customer and pro subsets
Assist with planning and execution of data analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling
Build reports and maintain Excel models to optimize cost and improve service metrics

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of professional experience in an analytical role
Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including financial modeling
Experience with data visualization tools like Looker or SQL is a plus
Familiarity with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce is a plus
Strong organizational and project management skills
