Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate, Growth Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to Finance and operations leadership on program growth strategy
• Own and drive strategy for forecasting health plan demand and investing in provider supply
• Identify and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve program growth and profitability

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, digital health, or related fields
• Strong quantitative analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets/SQL required)
• Strategic problem solver with the ability to structure complex problems
• Strong project management skills with cross-functional relationship management experience
• Experience with process automation or technology-driven operational efficiencies preferred
