Senior Strategy Business Partner
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Strategy Business Partner to drive performance optimization and strategic execution across their Agent solutions portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to CSM segment/channel leaders, providing insights and operational support
- Lead Weekly Business Reviews, managing pipeline, performance tracking, and forecasting
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement operational improvements to enhance sales effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Management Consulting, CSM Operations, or GTM Strategy, preferably in Enterprise Software or Technology
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and SQL; experience with Salesforce and Tableau
- Proven ability to deliver clear presentations to senior leaders and influence strategic decisions
