Senior Strategy Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Strategy Consultant will conduct research and analyses to support the development of strategic initiatives and business strategies aimed at improving company profit and competitive position.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of enterprise and line of business strategies and participate in annual operational planning
• Ensure adherence to Board delivery timelines, including preparation of content for Board meetings
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify strategic initiatives and develop metrics to measure progress against strategic goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, statistics, or related field
• Eight years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or management consulting
• Working knowledge of the vision, healthcare, or insurance industry
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint and able to communicate complex ideas simply
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively in virtual environments
