Senior Strategy Consultant
Job Summary
To support strategic and transformational initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Strategy Consultant will conduct research and analyses, assist in developing business strategies for the CEO and Executive Team, and ensure adherence to Board delivery timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development of enterprise, pillar, and line of business strategies
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and define impactful strategic initiatives
- Work with internal data and analytics teams to develop metrics measuring progress against strategic goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, statistics, or a related field
- Eight years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or management consulting
- Working knowledge of the vision, healthcare, or insurance industry
- High proficiency in PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain engagement in virtual environments and communicate effectively
