Senior Strategy Consultant

Job Summary

Leading strategy and discovery work end-to-end for complex client engagements, the remote Senior Strategy Consultant will independently manage AI and digital strategy projects, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and facilitate high-impact sessions to deliver actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI and digital strategy engagements from opportunity discovery to roadmap creation and pilot planning
• Map customer journeys and operational workflows to identify automation and AI opportunities that drive business value
• Independently facilitate client workshops and sessions, translating complex findings into clear recommendations for diverse audiences

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, or product strategy
• Deep understanding of AI concepts and experience prototyping AI products in production environments
• Proven ability to lead discovery and strategy processes, including stakeholder interviews and roadmap creation
• Strong experience with AI tools for strategy and prototyping, including prompt engineering and agent workflows
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment is preferred
