Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of a 3-year strategic plan for the enterprise
• Provide thought-leadership and ensure plans align with financial and strategic aspirations
• Lead enterprise strategy initiatives, including market entry strategies and mergers & acquisitions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 8 years of progressive professional experience
• Experience in roles requiring a balanced profile across strategy, finance, and operations
• International business experience preferred
• BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and P&L fundamentals
