Job Summary

Senior Strategy Manager, responsible for developing access strategies focused on pricing, contracting, and distribution for a full-time position in the biotechnology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of pricing, contracting, and distribution strategies for a multi-product pipeline
• Design and implement direct-to-patient access models and innovative dispensing strategies
• Collaborate across functions to align pricing and contracting strategies with market access realities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, account management, or related fields within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries
• 2+ years of specific experience in pricing, contracting, or market access strategies
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
• Willingness to travel less than 15%
