Job Summary

Leading high-impact strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Strategy Manager will partner with senior leaders to shape the company's future direction and drive cross-functional action while translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives from problem definition through recommendation and execution
• Conduct complex analyses, develop data-driven insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Influence executive decision-making through compelling storytelling, business cases, and leadership presentations

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or related business functions
• Proven experience leading strategic and data-driven recommendations in a complex business environment
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of financial metrics and key business drivers
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred
