Senior Strategy Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end activation of new partnerships and internal tools, the full-time Senior Strategy Manager will collaborate across functions to develop product strategies, manage complex programs, and drive commercial outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the activation of new vendor partnerships and internal tools from evaluation to post-launch
• Own the product strategy roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Conduct SLT-level updates and manage the PMO intake and governance process for new product requests

Required qualifications

• 8 - 12 years of experience in product management or program management within large enterprises
• Demonstrated experience leading centralized PMO or product operations functions
• Track record of activating partnerships or launching products in complex stakeholder environments
• Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior leadership
• Background in BPO, contact center, CX technology, or enterprise SaaS preferred
