Job Summary

Leading access strategy development, the full-time Senior Strategy Manager, Pricing will design pricing, contracting, and distribution strategies for a multi-product pipeline in the Cardiovascular, Renal, and Metabolism (CVRM) space, while also influencing direct-to-patient channel innovation in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of pricing, contracting, and distribution strategies for new products and assess their effectiveness
  • Design and implement direct-to-patient models, enhancing patient access through innovative dispensing methods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with clinical value and market access realities for successful product launches
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, strategic planning, or pricing within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries
  • 2+ years of experience specifically in pricing, contracting, or market access roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Willingness to travel less than 15% domestically and globally
