Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategy and Operations Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own company-critical patient experience metrics and processes related to Partnerships
• Manage a frontline team and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure easy access to care for patients
• Drive critical improvements to enhance new patient conversion and retention rates

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in operations-based roles, with at least 1 year managing frontline teams
• 3+ years of experience optimizing operational processes
• 2+ years of experience interacting with customers via email and phone
• Expertise in working with complex customer funnels and maintaining 100% accuracy in customer records
• Experience in utilizing GSheets/Excel skills to manipulate data for decision-making
