Required Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent experience (e.g., startup founder, management consulting, senior operations leader)
• 6-10 years of experience in business operations, strategy, program management, or general management
• Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite leaders
• Excellent data fluency, with experience using SQL and BI tools
• Demonstrated track record leading cross-functional projects in high-growth environments
