Senior Strategy Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager, SMB & Mid-Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Strategy & Operations support for SMB and Mid-Market segments, translating leadership priorities into analyses and actionable recommendations
• Lead analytical work on sales performance, pipeline health, and GTM funnel efficiency, ensuring rigor and business relevance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on metrics and performance management, while designing dashboards for tracking progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, sales operations, or revenue operations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL, with experience in CRM platforms like Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Experience supporting SMB and/or Mid-Market go-to-market motions is a plus
• Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of analysts is a plus
