Senior Strategy & Operations Manager

Job Summary

To shape the next chapter of the psychiatry business, the full-time Senior Strategy & Operations Manager will partner with leaders across various departments to define long-term strategy, evaluate new business opportunities, and translate high-impact ideas into actionable pilots and scalable initiatives in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional initiatives to drive business growth and improve unit economics
• Conduct deep dives into patient and payor lifetime values to inform strategic decisions
• Develop and implement scalable operating models and execution plans based on strategic objectives

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy & Operations, or similar roles within high-growth startups or mid-sized companies
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including complex financial modeling and data analysis
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
• Exceptional communication skills for synthesizing complex topics and influencing stakeholders
• Strong executive presence and experience partnering with senior leaders in ambiguous business environments
