Senior Strategy Research Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Strategy Research Analyst will develop actionable insights from macro and consumer trends, conduct hypothesis-driven analysis, and communicate findings to influence strategic decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and internal data to generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to develop recommendations that drive strategic decision-making
• Support various research and data analytics efforts within the Strategy organization as needed

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of related work experience in Business, Economics, or a related field, with at least 2 years in Corporate Strategy or relevant consulting
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience and at least 2 years in Corporate Strategy or relevant consulting
• Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in building business cases and driving initiatives independently
• Advanced Excel modeling and statistical skills with the ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights
