Senior Structural Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Structural Designer 2 - Nuclear Power.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop structural steel and reinforced concrete design layout drawings in a 3-D model
• Coordinate and lead the structural design team through detailed design phases
• Mentor less experienced drafters and designers while ensuring timely delivery of design deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of detailed design experience in structural plant design
• Proficiency with SmartPlant S3D modeling and related software tools
• Experience in reviewing structural layout drawings and vendor drawings
• Ability to interface with multi-disciplinary engineering and design teams
• Understanding of clash detection and resolution in 3D models
