Senior Structural Designer
Job Summary
To support a multidisciplinary engineering team, the fully remote Senior Structural Designer will develop and deliver high-quality construction documents for various building projects, utilizing advanced Structural Revit expertise and collaborating closely with engineers and architects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop structural plans, sections, details, schedules, and construction document packages for a wide range of building projects
- Create and maintain detailed Structural Revit models and drawing sets throughout all phases of design and construction
- Collaborate with Structural Engineers to translate engineering calculations and design concepts into coordinated, buildable construction documents
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Design Technology, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience producing structural construction documents for building projects
- Advanced proficiency in Structural Revit is required
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Thorough understanding of construction documentation standards and structural drafting practices
