Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and mentors less experienced engineers to address design issues
• Leads project objectives and manages multiple assignments simultaneously
• Performs quality checks on design and engineering for major projects to ensure accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required
• 10 - 20 years of relevant experience in the Industrial or Power Generation industry
• Ability to work independently and determine methods for assignments
• Experience in leading teams and training engineers as needed
• Proficient in presenting work and communicating effectively across departments
