Senior Structural Engineer, PE
Job Summary
To support project development and execution, the full-time Senior Structural Engineer, PE will develop structural designs for industrial modular buildings, serve as the Engineer of Record, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote, direct hire position.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop structural designs for industrial modular buildings, including steel structures and anchoring systems
- Serve as the Engineer of Record (EOR), ensuring safety, compliance, and quality of project deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and review project submittals, specifications, and proposals
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in steel design
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE); Structural Engineer licensure is a plus
- Expertise in steel connection design and proficiency in structural analysis software such as RAM Elements and RAM Connections
- Strong knowledge of US building codes and standards including IBC, ASCE, AISC, ASME, and API
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively with excellent organizational skills
