Senior Structured Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Director, Senior Structured Finance Research Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent research and analysis on structured credit investments, including public and private Asset-Backed Securities (ABS)
• Support and enhance portfolio surveillance and monitoring efforts for structured finance portfolios
• Develop and maintain cash flow models and analytical tools for structured finance securities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or a relevant field; MBA/CFA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in structured finance investing and analysis
• Demonstrable understanding of ABS products and experience in credit analysis and cash flow modeling
• Proficiency in analytical tools and systems for structured finance securities, such as Bloomberg and Intex
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office products
