Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Coordinator, Student Services Operations to lead their Customer Care Team, providing support to representatives assisting online students and ensuring an outstanding concierge-level customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert on Tier 1 processes and procedures, assisting representatives with academic processes and procedures
- Manage, update, and audit content-specific training materials, and facilitate the onboarding of new hires
- Identify student trends, provide recommended solutions to leadership, and work on projects to improve service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years' experience in a service-oriented environment, technical support, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in using multiple databases and student platforms
- Familiarity with online learning technology is a plus
- Experience in collecting and handling financially sensitive information confidentially
