A company is looking for a Senior Study Management Specialist responsible for coordinating study start-up activities for in-house clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate study start-up for in-house clinical trials and manage a set list of study sites
• Engage vendors, coordinate site training, and arrange start dates for vendors
• Develop tools and processes to improve study delivery and ensure business continuity

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical trial study start-up
• Experience as a Study Startup Lead is highly valued
• Technical skills in IRB submissions and essential document collection
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance
