Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Subcontracts Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare subcontract documentation and manage procurement commitments
  • Participate in awarding and administration of various types of subcontracts
  • Maintain and update contract and procurement files, ensuring compliance with regulations


Required Qualifications:
  • 4 - 6 years of subcontracts/procurement experience in Corporate Procurement and US Federal Government Procurement
  • BS in business or a related field
  • Understanding of FAR / DFAR requirements and public laws
  • Experience with procurement compliance and price analysis
  • Knowledge of the US government Small Business Program
