Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Subcontracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead federal contract subcontractor activities for complex procurement actions
• Build relationships with internal business owners and execute vendor subcontracts
• Develop negotiation strategies, ensure due diligence, and obtain necessary approvals for subcontracts

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of procurement experience and 7+ years of subcontract management and administration experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business-related field
• Detailed contractual knowledge and proven contract negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different organizational levels and functions
• Proven business judgment and project management skills
