Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to support its Aerospace Systems Business Area.

Key Responsibilities

Create RFP solicitations in compliance with Government and company requirements
Negotiate NDAs and Teaming Agreements, and evaluate supplier proposals
Administer subcontracts, conduct price analysis, and perform close-out activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 4-8 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of experience
U.S. Citizenship is required
Experience in subcontracting, negotiation, and price/cost analysis
Strong understanding of FAR and DFARS regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
