Senior Subcontracts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to support its Aerospace Systems Business Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates RFP solicitations and negotiates NDAs and Teaming Agreements
• Evaluates supplier proposals, conducts price analysis, and negotiates subcontract terms
• Administers subcontracts, resolves issues, and performs close-out activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 4-8 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Experience in subcontracting with emphasis on negotiation and administration
• Strong working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
