Senior Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Subject Matter Expert to provide expert-level support for federal law enforcement IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge in areas such as business, computer science, or engineering
• Provide technical knowledge and analysis for specialized applications and complex operational environments
• Participate in all phases of software development, focusing on planning, analysis, testing, and integration

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on experience with the Atlassian tool suite at the enterprise level
• At least five (5) years of experience managing and customizing Atlassian products for large organizations
• Demonstrated experience in integrating Atlassian tools with other enterprise systems and automating processes
• Two (2) years of experience in leading a team of administrators and managing user permissions
• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is preferred
